xTet Project joins the KENNEL Collective, with a live performance June 11th
xTet Project is now a proud member of the KENNEL Collective, a collective of bands and people based out of Oslo, Norway. During the last few years we have been working together in a lot of different constellations and we decided to make our relationships a bit more formal. We have one very simple goal: Making good music with good people.
KENNEL Collective is hosting three nights full of live-music at Soria Moria in Oslo this spring. Check out www.kennelcollective.com for more info.

Things are happening...
It's been a long time since last update on this page, but things are really happening behind the scenes.
xTet Project has done several gigs during the last six months, including two highlights in February 2008.
We did a live-recording at Jazz Evidence in Kongsberg on February 21st. Two days later on February 23rd xTet Project did a gig at the fantastic festival by:Larm as one of few jazz related bands. Excellent reviews from both German, British and Norwegian media!

Finally is xTet Project back on a stage in Oslo.
The place to be is Belleville, October 23rd at 9pm.
I´m also planning a live recording in Kongsberg January 2008. Hopefully released spring 2008.

New record with Splashgirl
The Pianotrio/Sextet Splashgirl released Monday 26th. of March their debut-album on the small record-company AIM.
The album have wordwide distribution through our Norwegian distributor Musikkoperatorene. A digital version is also for sale at musikkonline

xTet Project is expanding...
It´s a true pleasure to welcome Håvard Skaset to the xTet Project. Håvard contributed on the last session i Oslo, with a concert at the club MIR in Oslo last December. The collaboration continues, and hopefully xTet Project will soon to be heard at a stage near you!
